A list of currently known bugs (sigh...)
- mrc2tif / tif2mrc — by Admin — last modified Nov 14, 2011 11:52 AM
- When transforming an MRC image into TIFF format (mrc2tif.exe) and back (tif2mrc.exe), the image may be flipped upside down. This may originate in the change in the default definition of the origin in TIFF some years ago. We suggest to use Photoshop or a similar program to flip the TIFF image downside-up, after calling mrc2tif.exe.
- 2dx and spaces in the directory path — by Admin — last modified Nov 14, 2011 11:52 AM
- 2dx and MRC are based on a Unix system. If you have spaces in the path or file names, then an image file parameter is interpreted as multiple parameters, which then crash the MRC and 2dx software at various stages. DO NOT USE SPACES OR OTHER NON-STANDARD CHARACTERS IN PATHS AND FILENAMES.
