Algorithm Selection
Only used in the Refine Tilt from SpotSplitting script.
- Mode of operation [mode]
- Mode lets you choose things that could be refined.
- Number of cycles [ncyc]
- The number of refinement cycles in ttrefine. The values range from 1-1000.
- MTZ reference for refinement[reference]
- Define, if an MTZ file is available as refinement reference.
- Overwrite data [overwrite]
- Define if the results should overwrite the database or not.
