2dx Installer, Version 3.3.0 (Jan. 5, 2011)

This includes 2dx_image, 2dx_merge, 2dx_logbrowser, the modified MRC programs, and Maximum Likelihood programs. Not included is CCP4. You need to install that separately, see below.

CCP4 is needed in addition.
 Install the latest version, into /usr/local/ccp4.
Spider is also useful.
 For OSX can also get it from SBGrid.
Install it into /usr/local/spider.

 You need to compile this on your own. Follow the compilation instructions.
Requires: FFTW3, Qt-4.4.0, gfortran or ifort. This is only needed if you want to re-compile 2dx on your own.
You can use 2dx also without this, by just installing the pre-compiled software from one of the links above.
