GlpF 3D test data
A 3D test dataset, comprized of 9 SpotScan cryo-EM images of non-tilted and tilted GlpF 2D crystal samples.

"This is an apple" icon, brought into a 2D crystal, noise-overlaid, and distorted. Use this image to verify the orientation of the final map. Use defocus=0,0,0 , to prevent any CTF correction.

A noise-free "atom" image, with distortions. Use defocus=0,0,0 , to prevent any CTF correction.
