The 2nd International Workshop on Electron Crystallography of Membrane Proteins will take place at UC Davis from Sept. 7-13, 2008.

2dx Version 3.0.0 released

Version 3.0.0 includes 2dx_merge, the maximum likelihood code, and an extended version of 2dx_image, which now also allows re-unbending of the images using the merged dataset as reference.

Version 2.1.0 features a completely rewritten GUI, many new functions and algorithms, unbending using a synthetically generated reference, and (mostly) correct handling of different symmetry groups.
