Workshop on Electron Crystallography of Membrane Proteins announced
The 2nd International Workshop on Electron Crystallography of Membrane Proteins will take place at UC Davis from Sept. 7-13, 2008.
2dx Version 3.0.0 released
Version 3.0.0 includes 2dx_merge, the maximum likelihood code, and an extended version of 2dx_image, which now also allows re-unbending of the images using the merged dataset as reference.
2dx_merge in beta available
2dx_merge version 2.9.9 (beta) now available for OSX Intel and Linux(64bit)
2dx_merge Movie Tutorial available
A first set of Tutorials as QuickTime movies in H264 format are available.
2dx_merge and Maximum Likelihood will be released soon
Release of Version 3 is planned for the end of October 2007.
2dx Version 2.1.0 released
Version 2.1.0 features a completely rewritten GUI, many new functions and algorithms, unbending using a synthetically generated reference, and (mostly) correct handling of different symmetry groups.
2dx Version 2.0.0 released
Version 2.0.0 includes a multitude of new features, new or better algorithms and bug fixes. Many of these are based on feedback or suggestions from users.
2dx Tutorial now available as movie
A first short movie is available that demonstrates the usage of 2dx. We are preparing other movies that explain the usage of different features of 2dx.
